"Honestly, I’m not sure I’d order again"
The site itself worked fine, I could browse, add stuff to my cart, check out, that kind of thing — but I never felt totally confident about the seller. The details felt a little light, like not enough info about the product, shipping, returns, or even just who I was buying from. When I asked questions, the replies were kind of vague too, like they answered but didn’t really answer, if that makes sense. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and maybe it’s fine for something small or low-risk, but for a bigger order, an expensive item, or anything I needed quickly, I’d probably be more careful next time.

"Always seems to be out of stock"
I checked again and, of course, it wasn’t in stock. This keeps happening, and it’s frustrating. I was ready to buy it this time too, but nope, same issue as before...

"Pretty disappointing quality"
The quality was not great. It felt like cheap plastic right out of the box, and it broke much faster than it should have. Seems like an avoidable issue if they had used better materials.

"Preorder was a frustrating wait"
I placed a preorder and expected a bit of waiting, but this kept getting delayed over and over. The updates didn’t really tell me much either, so I was mostly just guessing when it might show up. It did finally arrive, so that’s good. But wow, the whole process was annoying. I don’t think I’d preorder from here again

"got the Wrong part in my order"
I ordered two specific parts and only one of them was actually right. The other one was something totally different, which was really frustrating. Support took forever to get back to me too, so yeah... not ordering from here again honestly.

"Limited selection and wasn’t sure what to do next"
I went in hoping to find a few specific things, but the selection was disappointing. A lot of the items I expected to see just weren’t there, and some sections looked almost empty. It might be fine if you’re only looking for basic stuff, but it didn’t really work for what I needed. What made it more frustrating was that it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do next — like whether to ask someone, check back later, or look online. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

"Exclusives were more frustrating than worth it"
I only used the site because a few figures I wanted were exclusive there. From what I remember, the stock disappeared really quickly, and the whole process just felt more annoying than exciting. I don’t love feeling like I’m forced to shop on one specific site just to get a figure, so i don’t think it was worth the hassle.

I found the website a bit frustrating to use. The menus are kind of confusing and can feel slow at times, and I’m sure other customers might run into the same issue when they’re just trying to find something quickly.

"Not sure I’d order again"
My order showed up later than I expected, and customer support took a while to get back to me. The item itself was fine, so maybe I’m being a little too picky, but the whole experience just wasn’t great. I don’t think I’d use them again, though I guess it wasn’t the worst either.

I got hit with customs charges I wasn’t expecting, and the import info was really vague. It made me wonder if they’re purposely not being upfront about the extra costs until after you’ve already ordered. I reached out to support, but they weren’t much help either. Frustrating experience, and I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Easy return and helpful service, just a slightly slow refund"
I had to return an item to tf-direct.com because I accidentally ordered the wrong one, the process was straightforward. The return instructions were clear, and I didn’t feel like I had to keep chasing anyone, which gave me a lot more confidence in ordering from them again.
The only reason I’d go with 4 stars instead of 5 is that the refund took a few days longer than I expected. It wasn’t a major issue, but it was a little frustrating waiting around for it to come through.
That said, customer service did respond when I emailed, and they were helpful enough to make the whole thing feel handled properly. Overall, I’d use them again, I’ll just make sure I double-check my order next time

"Late again, and I’m not impressed"
My delivery showed up late again, which is getting frustrating. The tracking didn’t help at all either, it barely told me anything useful, so I was just left waiting around with no real idea when it would arrive. Not a great experience.

"Good tracking, just a little late"
The tracking was easy to follow and kept me updated, which I appreciated. The package did arrive one day later than expected, but to be fair, everything else went smoothly and it showed up in good condition.

"Something just feels off with their support"
My order showed up with some parts missing, my gut says they don’t really have it together. I sent over photos and all the details they asked for, but the replies have been slow and vague. It still isn’t fixed, which is frustrating. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

I ordered from tf-direct.com and ended up needing a refund after an issue with the order. To be fair, they did respond, so it wasn’t like they completely vanished, but everything moved painfully slow. I had to follow up a few times, and after a while it started to feel like my refund was being passed around some secret department nobody wants to admit exists. Maybe that’s just my suspicious brain talking, but it definitely didn’t feel straightforward. I did get my money back in the end, so credit for that, but the whole process was way more annoying than it needed to be.
